MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER
JOHN F. RAY, Jr., Chief Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the motion of the Portage County Regional Airport Authority (“PCRAA”) for relief from stay and payment of administrative expenses. The PCRAA operates the Portage County Airport. On property immediately adjacent to the airport, debtor-in-possession (“Debtor”) operates a business involving aircraft repair, fueling, sales and flight training, known as Marian Aviation.
