—Judgment unanimously affirmed without costs. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment granting plaintiff a divorce based on the parties having lived separate and apart for one year or more pursuant to a written separation agreement (see, Domestic Relations Law § 170 [6]). Defendant’s primary contention is that the 17-year-old separation agreement had been abandoned by the parties and thus could not serve as the predicate for a conversion divorce.
