This is an action in equity to declare and enforce a trust upon personal property passing by the will of Charles E. Brown, deceased, and to enforce an accounting with respect thereto. The plaintiff is the only child of Charles E. Brown, deceased, and the issue of his first marriage. The first wife of Charles E. Brown died in Marshalltown, Iowa, when the plaintiff was 12 years old.
