Two cases are before this court arising out of the divorce of Daniel and Rosalie LaRocque. One is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals filed December 27, 1985, affirming in part and reversing in part a judgment of the circuit court for Marathon county, Andrew P. Cotter, Reserve Judge. The second is an appeal from an order of the circuit court for Marathon county, Andrew P. Cotter, Reserve Judge. The appeal is before this court on a petition to bypass. Sec.
