OPINION
YOCK, Judge.
Plaintiff, the Catawba Indian Tribe of South Carolina, seeks recovery for damages arising from the Government’s breach of alleged fiduciary duties. This case is before the Court on defendant’s motion to dismiss on the grounds that the Complaint is not within the jurisdiction of this Court. For the reasons stated herein, the defen*26dant’s motion is granted, and the Complaint will be dismissed.
