Travis Lopez, a criminal defendant who pled guilty to vehicular homicide and vehicular assault, petitioned this court pursuant to C.A.R. 21 for relief from a sentencing order of the district court. After entering his pleas and being sentenced to concurrent twenty-four-year terms, the defendant appealed his aggravated-range sentence.
