OPINION OF THE COURT

CIPARICK, J.

At issue in this appeal is whether legally sufficient evidence exists to support the jury’s verdict in favor of plaintiff on a breach of warranty claim against the manufacturer and retailer of a refrigerator unit, in light of the jury also finding for the manufacturer on a related products liability claim. Additionally, we are asked to determine if the supplier of the bracket control assembly component of the refrigerator is contractually required to indemnify the manufacturer. We answer both questions in the affirmative.
