Plaintiff, Mitchell Wilson, by his father and next friend, Richard Wilson, filed an action for damages in Madison County, Illinois, alleging that he sustained personal injuries near Viola, Mercer County, Illinois, through the negligence of defendant, Illinois Power Company. Defendant’s unverified motion to transfer venue based upon the grounds of forum non conveniens was denied by the trial court.
