Plaintiff, Francis E. Bland, filed an action for damages in Madison County, under the Federal Employer’s Liability Act (FELA) (45 U.S.C. sec. 51 et seq. (1982)), alleging that he sustained personal injuries while employed by defendant, Norfolk and Western Railway Company. Defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint based upon the grounds of forum non conveniens was denied by the trial court.
