Special Commissioner, do hereby report as follows:

This is a suit by Aktieselskab Yenborg, owner of the Norwegian steamship Solhaug', and Ludorf Larssen, her master, to recover balance of unpaid charter hire due the owner under a certain time charter entered into at New York by and between the said owner, a Norwegian corporation, and Columbus Line, Inc., a Delaware corporation having an office and placo of business at 15 Moore street, New York City.
