Daniel Lee Pherigo (“Defendant”) was found guilty by a jury of second-degree burglary, in violation of section 569.170, RSMo 2000, first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle, in violation of section 569.080, RSMo Cum.Supp.2005, and stealing a credit card, in violation of section 570.080, RSMo Cum.Supp.2009.
