Trinity Securities Corporation, claimant and appellant, is a foreign stock corporation organized in Delaware on December 1, 1925. From the time of its incorporation it exclusively conducted its business and employed its capital in this State but it never procured a certificate of authority under section 210 of the General Corporation Law, and prior to instituting this litigation and before the decision of the court herein, it never paid the license fee required of foreign corporations by section 181 of the Tax Law.
