GREEN, Judge.
The plaintiff is an executor of the estate of Beta Isenberg, a loyal citizen of the United States, who died March 10, 1933, in Bremen, Germany, where she had resided continuously since the year 1903.
After the United States declared war against Germany, the Alien Property Custodian, acting under the provisions of the Trading with the Enemy Act, 40 Stat. 411 (see 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, § 1 et seq.), seized certain stocks and bonds belonging to Beta Isenberg.
