We granted certiorari in Town of Parker v. MDC Holdings, Inc., No. 07CA1758, 2008 WL 4598270 (Colo.App. Oct.16, 2008) to review an unpublished court of appeals' decision enjoining the Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Revenue from hearing two tax appeals.1 Petitioners MDC Holdings, Ine. and Richmond American Homes of Colorado, Inc.
