Before this Court is a Petition for Review and Writ of Mandamus filed in our original jurisdiction by Jahn Chesnov, individually and as a candidate for Bucks County Common Pleas Judge (Chesnov), seeking to compel Pedro A. Cortes, Secretary of the Commonwealth and Harry A. Vansickle, Commissioner of Elections, (collectively, Respondents) to declare the seat of the Honorable Kenneth G.
