Before this Court are preliminary objections filed by the Department of State, Bureau of Commissions, Elections & Legislation (Department) in response to a complaint in mandamus 1 filed by the Ko- Am Political Action Committee (Ko-Am PAC) to invalidate the designation of Mahn Suh Park (Mr. Park) and Hae Yeon Baik, Esquire (Attorney Baik) as Chairperson and Treasurer, respectively, of Ko-Am PAC.
