Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Ferradino, J.), entered September 12, 2005 in Saratoga County, which, inter alia, dismissed petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of respondent Town of Saratoga Planning Board finding that a certain subdivision proposal complied with the State Environmental Quality Review Act.
