The record discloses that on January 10, 1924, the defendant in error, Plumber Supply Company, as plaintiff, commenced this action against A. Bailey and J. H. Cameron, copartners, doing business under the name of Southern Plumbing Company, plaintiffs in error, and John D. Simmons, as defendants, to recover on two promissory notes. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
