I agree with the Court’s decision to deny applicant’s “Suggestion that the Court Re consider on Its Own Initiative the Denial of Habeas Corpus Relief.” I write separately to address the importance of (1) filing a complete original application for a writ of habeas corpus that contains all necessary information and materials, and (2) responding in a timely manner to the State’s answer and its submission of “Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.” Applicant complains that…
