MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Juan Gomez was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a car accident. After that charge was dismissed, Gomez brought this action against the City of New York and three police officers — Anthony Croce, Elizabeth Delarosa, and Christopher Canavan — (“Defendants”), alleging false arrest, malicious prosecution, and denial of a fair trial in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and state law.
