Plaintiff-appellant Robert Jaegly, Jr. (“Jaegly”) appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York (Hurd, J.), entered on March 31, 2005, that dismissed Jaegly’s claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. In a concurrently filed summary order, we address Jaegly’s claims for malicious prosecution, failure to accept a criminal complaint, and denial of his rights under New York’s Freedom of Information Law.
