BACKGROUND
This matter comes before the Court on Defendant Meridian Mortgage Company, Inc.’s objection to Magistrate Judge Koba-yashi’s findings and recommendations granting Plaintiffs Jeffrey and Carrol Pressman’s motion for remand.
