These are two actions of tort brought to recover for damages caused by fire to the plaintiff’s timber, *214wood and fences in the town of Blandford, in this Commonwealth. The cases were heard together by a judge of the Superior Court sitting without a jury, who found for the plaintiff in each case in the sum of $1,400.
