In this appeal from an adversary proceeding in bankruptcy, plaintiff-appellant Katherine Hebl challenges a finding that her state court judgment against defendant-appellee Bradley Windeshausen was not excepted from discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a). The appeal contests both the bankruptcy court's legal conclusion that Hebl did not establish the amount of the debt and its factual determination that Windeshausen lacked the intent required to prevent a discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4).
