Defendant, Charles Holwuttle, appeals the judgments of conviction and the sentences imposed for unlawful sexual contact with force and unlawful sexual contact. The trial court imposed concurrent sentences of five years to life in the custody of the Department of Corrections (DOC) on the unlawful sexual contact with foree count and twelve months in jail on the unlawful sexual contact count.
