The court has examined the Motion pursuant to Section 2255 of Title 28, United States Code presented to the clerk of this court by the above-named petitioner together with the Motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and required affidavit. It appears therefrom that the petitioner is confined in the Federal Reformatory at El Reno, Oklahoma in this judicial district by virtue of the judgment and sentence of this court in case No. CR-71-210.
