BLUMENFELD, District Judge.

The plaintiff has brought this action in forma pauperis to test the validity of certain statutes and regulations relating to the administration of that part of Connecticut’s comprehensive scheme of public assistance relating to Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC).
