This case arises from a high school senior’s expulsion from her school’s softball team. Defendants Pleasant Hope R-VI School District (“Pleasant Hope”) and Micki Stout (“Coach Stout”), (collectively “Defendants”), have moved to dismiss Plaintiff Jana Wooten’s (“Wooten”) constitutional and tort claims against them.
