Plaintiff, a former employee of Junction City Foundry, Inc., filed suit alleging that defendant subjected her to a sexually hostile work environment and constructively discharged her in retaliation for complaining about the discriminatory conduct, all in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. as amended.
