This case arises from Defendants’ alleged infringement of multiple patents held by Plaintiffs that relate to wear members used on excavating and mining equipment. In response, Defendants have filed counter infringement claims based on patents owned by Defendants Caterpillar, Inc. (“CAT”) and Caterpillar Global Mining (“CGM”), as well as counterclaims for inequitable conduct, patent misuse, and antitrust violations.
