STEPHENS, Chief Justice.
Appellants, Ronald and Anthony Mullins, brought an action against Marcella Shepherd, Janet Vanover, Commonwealth Life Insurance Company, and Capital Enterprise Insurance Company, alleging that Shepherd and Vanover, as Commonwealth agents, negligently failed to advise the Mullinses as to the availability of underin-sured motorist coverage and added reparation benefits.
