In this putative class action, Dr. Bryan Reuss alleges in a single-count complaint (Doc. 1)' that his employer, Orlando Health, Inc. (“the Hospital”), breached a fiduciary duty by failing to either file a FICA tax refund claim on behalf of him and others or advise them of their opportunity to seek a FICA tax refund.
