This is a will contest case. Patricia Henderson Jolley and Howard E. Henderson, Jr. (collectively “the Contestants”) appeal the chancery court’s judgment that they do not have standing to contest their father’s will. 1 The Contestants contend that the chancery court erred in addressing the issue of their standing and in other ways.
