In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to review a determination of the respondent zoning board of appeals that, in granting petitioner a variance for the construction of a school, imposed two conditions, petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 14, 1980, which modified respondent’s determination by striking the second of the two conditions and, as so modified, confirmed said determination.
