delivered the opinion of the Commission of Appeals, Section B.

After careful examination of the record, the application for writ of error, the briefs, and the authorities, we have reached the conclusion that the Court of Civil Appeals correctly disposed of the case, for the reasons so well stated and the authorities cited in the opinion of that court written by Judge Alexander.
