Appellants Iverson Broadway and Joe Walker, together with co-defendant Robert Lee Jones, were convicted by a jury of conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute heroin, of knowing and intentional possession of heroin with intent to distribute, and of aiding and abetting the knowing and intentional possession of heroin with intent to distribute. 1 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and § 846, and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
