ORDER RELATING TO CLAIM OF EDUCATION CREDIT MANAGEMENT CORPORATION

GEORGE R. HODGES, Chief Judge.

This matter is before the court on the debtors’ Objection to Claim of Education Credit Management Corporation (“ECMC”), Motion for Turn-Over of Property of the Estate, and Motion for Sanctions. At the hearing on the motions, counsel withdrew the requests for turnover and for sanctions. The court has concluded that the debtors’ objection to ECMC’s claim should be sustained for the following reasons:
