MEMORANDUM
JOAN N. FEENEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
The matter before the Court is the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the Plaintiffs, Read & Lundy (“R & L”) and Cliff McFarland (“McFarland”)(eollectively the “Plaintiffs”). The Defendant, Michael Brier (“Brier” or the “Debtor”), filed an Opposition to the Motion. The Court heard the Motion and the Opposition on January 9, 2002. The principal issue presented is whether the Debtor’s obligation to the Plaintiffs, which was the subject of a state court judgment, is nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) because he is collaterally…
