Under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, Louis G. Galloway brings suit against officers Susan Hadl, Scott Hofer and Shannon Riggs of the police department of Lawrence, Kansas. Plaintiff also sues an unknown number of John Doe officers of the sheriffs department of Douglas County, Kansas. Plaintiff alleges violations of his constitutional rights under the Fourth, Fifth, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments.
