—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him following a jury trial of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (Penal Law § 220.16 [1]) and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree (Penal Law § 220.03). Con-tray to defendant’s contention, the conviction is supported by legally sufficient evidence (see, People v Bleakley, 69 NY2d 490, 495). Viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the *957People (see, People v Contes, 60 NY2d 620, 621), we conclude that there is a valid line of reasoning…
