This action is brought by an administrator to recover damages occasioned by the alleged negligence of the defendant in causing the death of one Christ Hanson, an employee. The Federal Employers’ Liability Act (chap. 149, 35 Stat. at L. 65, Comp. Stat. ■§ 8657, 8 Fed. Stat. Anno. 2d ed. p. 1208) and amendments are relied upon. The injury resulting in the death of the plaintiff’s intestate is alleged to have been inflicted on January 22, 1918.
