This action is brought to recover damages for the alleged failure of the defendant to furnish sufficient electric current to the plaintiff to operate certain machinery in his motion picture houses. It was admitted that the plaintiff owned and operated two motion picture houses, one in the village of Norwood, N. Y., and the other in the village of Norfolk, N. Y.
