MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
WILLIAM A. HILL, Bankruptcy Judge.
The instant action was commenced by a Complaint filed on May 17, 1984, by First Bank of South Dakota (BANK) seeking a determination of the nature and extent of its security interest in and to property of the Debtors. The controversy is principally concerned with the effect of a security agreement entered into on November 8, 1982.
