Defendant The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. (“Defendant” or “MHC”) has moved, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, to dismiss Counts Three, Five, Six, Seven and Eight of Plaintiff Reed Construction Data Inc.’s (“Plaintiff’ or “RCD”) Amended Complaint.
