Appeal by the defendant from two judgments of the County Court, Suffolk County (Tisch, J.), both rendered May 7, 1987, convicting him of rape in the first degree (two counts) under indictment No. 1602/85, and bur*554glary in the second degree and forgery in the second degree under indictment No. 1603/85, upon jury verdicts after a joint trial of the two indictments, and imposing sentences.

Ordered that the judgments are affirmed.
