Plaintiff Anthony Arrigo (“Arrigo”) brought this action on behalf of himself and all others similarly situated against defendants Blue Fish Commodities, Inc. (“Blue Fish”) and Andrew Fisher (“Fisher”) (collectively, “Defendants”).
