Richardson, from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, J.D. Russell, Jr., and the intervener, La Salle Parish School Board, ordering defendant to forthwith vacate the office of superintendent of schools for La Salle parish and to deliver to plaintiff, who is decreed to be legally entitled thereto, the said office and the books and records thereof.
