State v. Kubus

This is an appeal from an order of the district court of Hennepin county denying a petition for a writ of coram nobis. Petitioner also has filed a petition for a writ of certiorari.

On December 5,1949, petitioner was charged by information with having committed the crime of larceny in the second degree on or about September 11,1945. The information further states “That said Eobert J.
