POEFENBARGER, JUDGE :

On the 12th day of May, 1905, in the chancery cause of Susan C. Dent v. Dever Pickens and others, pending in the circuit court of Barbour county, an order allowing an appeal in the following terms was entered by this Court: “An appeal and supersedeas upon the foregoing petition is allowed as to so much of the decree pronounced on the 23rd day of February, 1905, as requires that A. G. Dayton and Mollie Pickens pay to the plaintiff the sum of $1,000.00, with'interest thereon from the 12th day of May, 1892, and the sum of $69.24, with interest thereon from the 6th day of…
