Reversing.

Plaintiff, Kentucky Coal Lands Company, brought this action of ejectment against John Wilder, to recover a tract of about 50 acres of land, located in Harlan County, on the Deby or Hale Branch of Poor Pork, a tributary of Cumberland River. Prom a verdict and judgment in favor of defendant plaintiff appeals.

It is admitted that plaintiff has title of record.to the land in controversy. Defendant claims by adverse possession.
